Design Committee

The Design Committee is working on completing façade desgin standards that will encourage property owners to make improvements to buildings along Girard Avenue. the Committee is also working with the Philadelphia Department of Steets on design elements of a streetscape plan, the first phase of which is scheduled for implementation during summer, 2006, in the area of Front Street to 8th Street.
